Packaging & Automation Systems

Arpil Technologies provides automation solutions for applications where manual labor needs to be replaced by automatic machinery – such as product assembly, product insertion into packaging or cartons, product feeding and collection on production and packaging lines, and more.

Assembly Machines

Arpil provides rotary assembly machines for assembling products made of multiple components.

Labeling Machines & Labeling Applicators

Arpil Technologies manufactures the AR40 series labeling heads, available in 4 models designed for labels up to 100, 150, 200, and 250 mm in width. All labeling heads are supplied with a control box including a controller and a 4.3″ operator display.

Print & Apply Systems

Arpil Technologies provides print & apply solutions for on-line printing and label application on cartons, pallets, and containers. Systems can apply labels at a fixed height or at variable heights depending on the pallet or container dimensions.

All systems include an OEM ZEBRA thermal transfer printer (other brands available upon request) with a print width of up to 4.1″ (104 mm) or up to 6.6″ (168 mm).
