Print & Apply Systems

Arpil Technologies provides print & apply solutions for on-line printing and label application on cartons, pallets, and containers. Systems can apply labels at a fixed height or at variable heights depending on the pallet or container dimensions.

All systems include an OEM ZEBRA thermal transfer printer (other brands available upon request) with a print width of up to 4.1″ (104 mm) or up to 6.6″ (168 mm).

Printed data can be fixed or variable, based on information received from the production floor management system. Vision cameras or barcode scanners can be integrated into the print & apply system to verify print and label application quality. All systems are mounted on stainless steel frames and adapted to the client’s packaging lines.
